Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.99 on all orders, regardless of order size.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Australia: 3–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Duties and taxes
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means all applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout. You won't be charged anything extra upon delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to most countries. At this time, we're unable to ship to India and Turkey.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
